Hydro Extractors are the heavy duty Centrifuge with robust construction,
provide rapid acceleration and smooth running.
MAIN BASKET:
The Main Basket is specially designed to accommodate Cheese / Cone
Packages to avoid damage to the yarn. The spindles are made of seamless
SS 304 in 5mm thickness.
OUTER BODY:
Totally made of SS 304 in 12 / 14 Gauge according to size of the
machine
TOP LID:
Fully opened SS 304 with Hydraulic Power Pack system.
DRIVE SYSTEM:
Verticle mounted TEFC AC Electric Motor with Fluid Coupling for
progressive starting of the machine.
CONTROL PANEL:
Complete Digital Panel Control Box with safety interlocks.
MOISTURE CONTENTS:
Between 0% - 55% on Bone Dry weight required for R/F Dryer.
DRYING CYCLE:
12 to 20 Minutes which vary according to the count and nature of
the yarn.
