A universal Double Action wire Raising Machine comprising pile and
counter pile Raising Rollers. It can process all types of textile
knits or woven, either natural or synthetic textures.
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS:

Frame Robust Cast iron frames capable of withstanding heavy jerks
for high production runs.

Rollers 24 / 36 which are made of C class pipe.

Drive The H.P. required varies from 10 Hp to 15 HP according to
size of the machine at 440V, 50 Hz.

Exhaust System Inbuilt exhaust system consuming 3 HP

Panel Board Central Switch panel for easy handling. Safety Stop
Switches are also provided at front and back of the machine.

Cloth Speed The speed of cloth can be changed with the help of
collapsible pulleys which varies from 10 to 40 mts./min.

Working Width Available in various size viz. 64, 72 80, 90,
100, 105, 110, 120 and 130.

Optional Features

Automatic Reversal: Attachment for automatic change of side of
fabric at the top of machine which is suitable particularly
for blankets where both sides of the fabric is to be raised saves
time & labour.

Knitted Fabrics: Special arrangements for raising knitted fabrics
or low strength fabrics.

Heating: Necessary to raise heavy and compact weave fabrics. It
helps in raising the fabrics in less number of turns, besides
giving it a luster.
