DMW
Centrifuges are the heavy duty Centrifuge with robust
construction, provide rapid acceleration and smooth
running. We at ‘DMW’ have experienced and qualified
team of Engineers, which continuously make changes according
to the latest technology, and customer needs to ensure
customers satisfaction. Our machines consume less starting
and running current and have powerful efficient braking.
BASKET
The perforated basket is made of Stainless Steel (AISI
304/316) in standard sizes and in different gauges according
to the size of the machine. The basket is dynamically
balanced for vibration free running. The outer cage
sidewalls are also made of stainless steel AISI 304/316.
BEARING
HOUSING & SHAFT
Bearing Housing is of CI and main shaft is of Alloy
Steel and is precisely machined to withstand the loads
caused by the centrifugal force. The 3 nos. bearings
supporting the main shaft are heavy duty roller and
thrust bearings.
DRIVE
SYSTEM
The revolving cage is driven by vertical T.E.F.C. Motor
fitted with Fluid Coupling for progressive starting
of the machine.
SUSPENSION
The complete machine is suspended by heavy duty three
legs on universal oscillating steel pins with heavy
steel springs and spherical bearings.
OPTIONAL
FEATURES

Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) for complete automation.
